This Privacy Policy describes how WTT Services Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Chauffr mobile application ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account
• Business information: Company name, ABN, phone number, bank details (for invoice generation only)
• Booking data: Customer names, pickup/drop-off addresses, dates, times, and payment amounts
• Customer data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses of your customers
• Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details
• Device information: Device type and operating system for app functionality

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Chauffr app and its features
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Generate invoices and booking records for your business
• Send push notifications for booking reminders (only if enabled)
• Improve and maintain the app
• Respond to your support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers located in Sydney, Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption of data at rest
• Row-level security ensuring each business can only access their own data
• Secure authentication via Supabase Auth

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database and authentication (Sydney, Australia)
• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Google Places API — Address autocomplete. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
• Anthropic Claude API — AI booking assistant. Anthropic's privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Service providers listed above who help us operate the app
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — Update or correct your information in the app settings
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export — Export your data via the Export Data feature in the app

7. Push Notifications

The app may send push notifications for booking reminders. You can disable these at any time in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → Chauffr.

8. Children's Privacy

Chauffr is a business management tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
